I recently stayed at Be Mate in a central location for an extra night after missing my flight. Vanesa was extremely responsive through WhatsApp, allowing me to extend my stay. The cleanin lady went above and beyond by washing and saving my forgotten sports shoes. The hotel was impeccably clean, with a spacious and comfy bed, and a convenient kitchenette. The lady in charge was kind enough to assist me with my luggage and the flat had everything I needed, including toiletries and free water. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The entertainment options were great, with a flat-screen TV and cable programming. Plus, it was conveniently located near Plaza Mayor and Paseo del Prado.

Oh, joy! Climbing three flights of stairs with my luggage was such a delightful workout. Who needs towel changes when you can use the washing machine?

I got great value for my money at Be Mate Gran Via Suites. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to taxis/Uber, and the staff were very polite and cordial.
